Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance, tune ups, repairs, and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Educate homeowners and provide repair and replacement options.
• Present financing options and maintenance plan memberships.
• Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Meet and exceed service and revenue goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and generates referrals.
• Partner with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure success.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site.
• Participate in training, meetings, and company events.

Qualifications:

• Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Experience performing repairs, maintenance, and customer facing service work.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, airflow, refrigeration principles, and electrical troubleshooting
• EPA Certification required. NATE certification a plus.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and industry best practices.
• Navigate crawlspaces and attics as needed..
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High integrity and exceptional customer service skills
