Residential HVAC Sales Manager

Best Care Home Services, Plumbing, Heating and Air is looking for a Residential HVAC Sales Manager to lead our inside and outside HVAC sales team, sharpen our sales process, and grow revenue in our HVAC installation department. What you’ll do:
- Lead and coach our outside and inside salespeople to hit revenue and gross margin goals.
- Review every sales call and grade each proposal against our sales process.
- Go on a ride-along with each salesperson every week for real-time coaching.
- Hold one-on-ones with each member of the sales team every two weeks.
- Coach inside sales reps weekly using call quality scorecards.
- Run sales calls yourself each week to stay sharp and lead by example.
- Meet weekly with the General Manager to review sales quality and results.
What you bring:
- Five years of experience in a sales leadership position.
- HVAC or in-home sales experience preferred.
- ServiceTitan experience a plus.
- Proven experience leading and developing a sales team.
- A track record of driving team performance and hitting goals.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- The ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident, clear communication and presentation skills.
